Body Awareness through the Pilates System

The exercise of the Pilates System you to become more aware of your anatomy. These exercises make you work more precise. While performing these exercises you gain accurate anatomical awareness, you stand a better chance of managing, reducing or eliminating neck and back pain.

The low back, in particular, is influenced by the way you place your an important structure called your pelvis. If the pelvis is in a balanced and/or level position, you may be able to work the muscles of your core in a balanced way, too.

Training 2 to 3 times per week will balance out your muscles and allows for the body to be in proper alignment and reduce the risk of injury and/or pain.
