Set specific and obtainable goals:
Wanting to lose 30lbs in 30 days is not a healthy nor an obtainable goal. Losing 5lbs in 30 days is a reasonable and an obtainable goal. It’s important to set yourself up for success! Sharpen your pencil:
Write down your goal and post it where you can see it each day. Also write down when you exercise and what you eat. This provides accountability and keeps it real. Even better… use a free online website or app like My Fitness Pal to track your diet and daily activities.

Scheduling:
Get out your calendar and make an appointment with yourself to exercise. Aim for at least 30 minutes a day of aerobic activity. Strength Training:
