FORGE is a high intensity joint structure and full core strengthening class. This class pushes muscular and connective tissue endurance while providing an intense low impact routine. Utilizing the GTS, TRX bands and your own bodyweight you will strengthen and improve body awareness and coordination. Multiple muscle contraction variants are used; isotonic (same tension), isometric(not moving) and isokinetic (same speed) to help forge a better performing and conditioned body structure. The entire program can be modified and incorporated into any rehabilitation program if desired.
