WB personal trainers are very serious about designing your individual workout program based on your fitness assessment and goals. They take time to listen to you and understand your needs before your sessions begin.
Our trainers are experts at pushing you to your limit so you can reach your optimal fitness level in a healthy amount of time. Working with a trainer creates an atmosphere of accountability between you and your personal trainer. We offer group fitness too; grab a friend and team up to make things a little more competitive and fun. You can choose between half hour sessions or full hour sessions depending on your schedule and where you are at physically.
Our Personal Trainers are more like Health Coaches, not per session rep counters. We focus on all components of health and fitness, proper eating, proper supplementation, proper cardio training, proper resistance training, proper sleep/rest, etc. We focus on all aspects of your health and fitness goals.
